What services do you offer?

You can find all of the services we offer in the Marketing Services tab on the main/home page. We do our best to provide you with a One-Stop shop for your business services, marketing, and advertising needs. You can also email us any ideas of a service that you may have in mind that may help further your business needs. If we receive enough requests we may add the service of request to our list of services here at 23rd Resource.

Where can I find Pricing?

We offer, pricing per service, package pricing, as well as customizable pricing. Pricing can be found on the page that the service or package is offered. If pricing is not listed on the service or package page it is because it's a customized service, please reach out to us for a quote and we'll be more than happy to assist you!

When am I charged for the service?

If you are under a FREE Trial you will be charged when the trial period ends from the date of your purchase.

For all other services you are charged soon as you enter your card details (prior to the service being rendered).

Do you have a Refund Policy?

Yes, we do have a refund policy. Because we are a service based company, we offer refunds as long as services have not begun and/or in process of the same billing cycle. You can always cancel before your billing cycle to prevent charges for the next month's billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Services

Services that are in process or have been rendered are non-refundable. Please make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to prevent charges to your account. Once the billing cycle starts, the services process starts for rendering your services, and are therefore non-refundable for the current or previous billing cycles.

Do you have a Cancelation Policy?

Yes, can be canceled at anytime. Once the service is in process or rendered for the current or previous months that service cannot be refunded. We want you to be completely satisfied with the services you are receiving. We don't believe in locking you into any contracts. What is your SEO Cancelation Policy?

Once services are rendered for the current month's/billing cycle of SEO, the service cannot be refunded. We ask that you allow SEO to complete a term of 6-8 months at the least to see optimal results; because SEO is a long haul type of service; however you are able to cancel at any time. We don't believe in locking our customers into a contract. We operate based on Service Agreements for services agreed upon prior to starting your service.

Social Media 20k Elite services Cancelation Policy?

Due to work fulfillment requirements, this service requires a 30 Day Notice of Cancelation.

What is a Service Agreement?

We offer Service Agreements, which is an agreement between both parties of the services to be rendered at point of sell. Here at 23rd Resource we don't believe in locking you into long term contracts.

We offer Stripe if you would like to pay via your debit or credit card and Paypal for your secure payment options. We pride ourselves in making sure that your payments are secure and protected during every payment transaction.
